Review: Probably one of my all time favorite books!! Julayn Adams really made you feel for the characters including the bad ones 😉 Not only were Almana and Cam’s relationship romantic and heartwarming, they were best friends which made the relationship even more lighthearted and real.  It didn’t feel like the relationship was rushed like other books and wasn’t one of those love at first sight books (Don’t get me started on how many books are like that.) Even though they had a immediate connection right away it took them a while for them to actually be in a relationship mostly because Almana was an angel and Cam was human.

Almana and Alexa’s relationship grew throughout the book in a way real friends would and made me happy that it wasn’t one of those we just met lets be best friends type of relationship (Again don’t get me started how many books are like that.)

The book did have some swearing (Most if not all from Cam) And Almana and Cam did have he tiniest bit of sexual behavior. They did have sex but you didn’t really know until it said in the next chapter that they put there clothes on and left. As you probably know I really don’t like super sexual books so I found this part 100% okay with me. Its not something you should be super worried about for your teens to read, but since there is some swearing I would recommend this book for ages 12+

In conclusion, the book was amazing and I could not put it down once! The only thing that bothered me was how confusing the end was considering how Almana’s perspective changed into Alexa’s perspective. The ending was just a bit confusing in general. I think I read it about two or three times before I fully understood what happened. I am so proud and honored to have such and amazing and talented mother. This was her very first book and was one of the best books I have ever read! (I have read a lot of books in my lifetime for only being fourteen and I am not saying this because she is my mum)

Seriously you guys wont regret reading this!! Click here to learn more about the book and click here to buy a physical copy or ebook and while your at it read the reviews as well!!! Trust me i’m not the only one who thinks this book is amazing! Thank you for reading my long as review (If you got this far) and will be posting soon!! See you soon Bookworms!!
